We work methodically, according to the Lean Six Sigma Principle.
Lean Six Sigma is a quality management method. In the Tec-optimal project, we optimised our work processes according to this method. All implementation, management and consultancy processes were assessed and redefined, with a central focus on the task maturity, behaviour and attitude of our employees. Within Liandon, we continue to work according to the new defined processes, which have also been incorporated into our quality system. Work is carried out according to a fixed (outline) structure, which is applied to each project. Unique components are added for each specialised discipline to complete the processes in accordance with their specific needs.
Our working method must be strictly applied in order to remain ISO 9001-certified. Alongside our regular internal audits, we also commission an external audit every year.
